Hi, I'm Kieran. I live in London. I'm an Editor-in-Chief and writer about all things tech, sport and fitness. And I also run a bit.
2015 Challenge: Man v Desert
In April 2015, I will attempt to complete 'the toughest footrace on Earth', the Marathon des Sables. Six days, 156 miles, 40 degree heat, up and down sand dune mountains.
As I prepare for my hardest running test yet, I'll share running tips, nutrition advice and any motivational insights I stumble upon. So you can benefit from my mistakes, as I learn how to run better, eat better and think smarter.
2014 Challenge: Sub-3-Hour Marathon
After running long in 2013, my challenge in 2014 was to run fast. I aimed for a sub-3-hour marathon and ticked that off the running bucket list back in April at the London Marathon.
2013 Challenge: The Road to Ultra
Last year I also took on a challange to see what it takes to go from being a marathon man to ultra runner, including a half marathon every day in December 2013. We raised £2,800 for AIDs-affected children in South Africa

2012 Challenge: 2,012 Miles in 2012
Back in 2012, I ran 2,012 miles in 2012, raising over £2,500 for Save the Children.
